This tier offers advisor advice we can provide that comes from our experience and relationships in the industry. With the expert’s personal travel, trade shows, and continued education, this is for those who value saving time and getting recommendations from the professional.

In this package, we will share destination, hotel or cruise recommendations based on your travel preferences.

Tier 3

Custom itineraries uniquely made for you.

This is for the traveler who wants full white glove service with extra assistance during the planning experience. We do the heavy lifting and we are proud to serve with a smile.

Custom trip planning is based on location, length of trip, logistics and more. This flat fee is determined after our initial consult.

This is intended for larger customized events such as wellness retreats, corporate events, destination weddings and more. These services work differently and require larger scale logistics and programming. Our heart and soul is poured into perfecting your dream event and is seamlessly executed with amazing results.

  • Yes. We do charge planning fees. The fees compensates us for the time we spend putting TLC into curating your experience.

    We believe in being honest. The Tiers explain the levels of inclusions.

    Want a seamless itinerary planned out especially for you? Here is where the fees are factored in.

    Think of it as investing in a stress free experience having a professional handle all the research, planning, and details, so you don’t have to handle it on your own.

    Our full service planning package includes transfers, hotels, tours, reservations, a complete itinerary, and more. This is a flat rate fee that depends on location, number of travelers, length of your stay & logistics. Think of it as around 5-10% of your overall trip investment to have an advocate guiding you through your journey. Whether it be a retreat, spa vacation, family vacation, honeymoon, corporate travel, we provide the white glove service.

  • It is an investment that saves you time and research while benefiting with added perks like upgrades & resort credits you wouldn't have access to if you were to book on your own. You let the stress go when you leave the planning to the experts.

    • As a luxury travel advisor and event planner, I have keys to doors, connections all over the world to elevate your travels.

    • You have a human travel concierge to step in if something goes wrong on your trip

    • We’ll help match you with the best stay based on your preferences - Google and chat get can only tell you so much!

  • We always suggest breathing room and less time crunches. The best time is approximately 6-9 months before you'd like to go (or 9-12 months for those bigger bucket list experiences). This allows us time to find the gems best for you and create those special touches that make your journey unforgettable.

    We can put together some last minute trips for the spontaneous or those that just found time off and in need to get away. This is subject to an added last minute planning fee to expedite the process. When it is busy season and there is less availability it takes pulling some extra strings. We do our best to work our magic and make the dream happen.

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended but not required. It creates peace of mind for those unexpected occurrences. Everything from flight issues, lost luggage, to last-minute changes or cancellations. It also offers medical coverage abroad in case you need it.  We are on your side to help.

  • The world is your oyster, we can book anywhere in the world!
